ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier unterschiedlichen, angesehenen internationalen Fotografengesellschaften als PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR ausgezeichnet (2024/2023/2021/2018).
Sie ist Absolventin der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, Lensculture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris, Der Greif usw. und fungiert seit fünf Jahren als geschätzte Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat in der EUROPÄISCHEN PARLAMENTARISITÄT in Brüssel, in renommierten Galerien und während Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Sienna (Italien) usw. ausgestellt.

Die jüngste Erwerbung ihrer Werke stammt von der Public Art Department der Västra Götaland-Regierung in Schweden. Zu den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Arbeiten besitzen, gehört das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA, das eine 500 cm lange Installation ihrer Arbeit am Eingang der Kinderkrebsstation hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie habe. Adobe, die Schöpfer von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „einen Meister des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.
Sie wurde von einigen der heute respektiertesten Fotografie-Institutionen ausgezeichnet und gefördert, darunter THE FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS, HASSELBLAD, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, DER GREIF, ADOBE, SAATCHI ART, WPPI, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS usw.

Sie wurde in zahlreichen Publikationen abgedruckt und auf Titelseiten veröffentlicht, darunter The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Vogue.it, Lensculture, Aesthetica Art, Photography Masterclass, PDN, Lens Magazine usw.

Sie wurde von ADOBE (den Schöpfern von Photoshop) beauftragt, Fachleute aus aller Welt in ihre kreativen und Bearbeitungsprozesse zu unterrichten.
