Geboren in Rom im April 1990, erlebt LACRISS Kunst als eine instinktive Notwendigkeit: eine Realität, die schon immer zu ihr gehört hat. Seit der Schulzeit zeigte sich das Zeichnen als natürlicher Ruf: Sie erinnert sich, nie mit einem Stift in der Tasche das Haus zu verlassen, wie ein Amulett.
Wenn sie sich von der Tristesse der Gebäude oder vom Takt eines Gesprächs abgelenkt fühlte, zog sie ihn heraus, um zu zeichnen und ihre Gedanken zu formen, sogar ganze imaginäre Städte an die Randzonen von Zeitungen und Papierservietten zu schmieden. Dieser Stift war ihr Schild gegen die Banalität der Welt und der Beweis, dass sie, solange sie eine Spur hinterlassen konnte, eine Realität bewohnen würde. Diese absolute Leidenschaft hat sich heute zu einer klar definierten Profession entwickelt.
Beeinflusst von urbaner Kultur, Street Art und Fotografie, findet ihre Arbeit ihren Platz in der zeitgenössischen Kunstszene mit einem wuchtigen und originellen Stil. LACRISS entwickelt eine selbstbewusste und instinktive Sprache auf der Leinwand, wo Farbtropfen, mutige Acryl-Pinselstriche und Sprühschichten die Oberfläche in einem harmonischen Chaos beflecken. Der Einsatz von Mischmedien – Kohle, Bleistifte, Marker und Tusche – erzeugt lebendige und farbenfrohe Werke, die die Energie der Straße ausstrahlen, während sie eine monumentale Präsenz behalten.
