Herend – Queen Victoria Pattern – Dessert Plates – Set of 6 –

Set aus sechs Herend Porzellan-Desserttellern im ikonischen Queen Victoria Muster.

The Victoria pattern is one of Herend’s oldest and most celebrated designs. Inspired by Far Eastern decorative art, it features colourful butterflies combined with magnolias, peonies and exotic floral motifs, all carefully hand-painted by skilled artisans. The waved rims are finished with elegant 24-carat gold decoration.

Produced in 1943.

Diameter: 15,5 cm

Herend Porcelain Manufactory, founded in 1826, is internationally recognised for its tradition of handcrafted porcelain and exceptional quality.

The Queen Victoria pattern became internationally renowned after the Great Exhibition in London in 1851, where Queen Victoria selected and admired Herend porcelain displayed at the Crystal Palace. Since then, this floral and butterfly design has become one of Herend’s most famous and recognisable patterns.

In remarkably good condition considering its age.

A special feature is that one plate has an original glaze firing line beneath the glaze layer, which was marked at the factory during production. This is visible in the last photograph.

From a private collection.

Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.

The plates will be securely packed and shipped with tracking.

Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases where compatible and within postal weight limits.
