Quarto, pages 61, with 2 double-page plain plates and 16 double-page coloured plates. All the plates are stub-mounted. There is some foxing and age-staining of plates and text throughout. A little used generally, with frayed edges in places, and corners turned.
Original green printed covers, a little worn, soiled and creased. An early owner's name, dated 1870, on the upper cover (see illustration.
