Watermark INVERTED : Commonwealth Federation paper, Crown over A, (ACSC listed variety).
Perforation: Scarce, documented Perf 11¾ × 12¼ compound gauge.
Cancellation: Clean "VICTORIA" cds over a genuine manuscript railway sorting endorsement ("Railway / R-ay").
Plate Flaw 1 (Upper Right): Severe structural plate break of outer border lines, leaving the corner completely open.
Plate Flaw 2 (Spandrel): Vertical void (omission of 3 shading lines) with an isolated color dot above 'E' of POSTAGE.
Plate Flaw 3 (Medallion): Irregular shortening of horizontal lines creating a vertical white clearing zone next to the neck.
Plate Flaw 4 (Lower Banner): Localized plate erosion forming an irregular white flaw above 'AG' of POSTAGE.
