Persol - 860 - Sonnenbrille

Vintage Persol 860 sunglasses, made in Italy, featuring a dark tortoiseshell acetate frame and green lenses.

A distinctive vintage Persol model featuring the iconic silver Arrow hinges and the Meflecto flexible temple system. Each temple has four Meflecto elements, a characteristic detail clearly visible in the photographs.

The model designation “Persol 860” remains visible in script on the inside of one temple. The markings on the opposite temple are heavily faded from age, although traces of the original Persol / Made in Italy markings can still be seen.

Both lenses retain Persol markings, confirming the presence of Persol-branded lenses. The green lenses complement the dark tortoiseshell frame and give the sunglasses a classic vintage appearance.

The sunglasses show genuine signs of age and use, including fading of the temple inscriptions, oxidation and patina to the metal components, and general surface wear.
