Philips BX680A — Vintage Röhrenradio (Niederlande, ca. 1948–1949)
This is a Philips type BX680A tube radio, made in Holland, housed in its original wooden cabinet with burr-walnut veneer and Bakelite tuning knobs. Serial number E10749.
Tested condition: The radio has been powered on and switches on correctly — the tubes light up and the dial illuminates as expected. However, on testing, no radio broadcast/audio was received on any band.

6 tubes: ECH21, EF22, EF22, EBL21, EM4 (magic-eye tuning indicator), AZ1 (rectifier)
Superheterodyne receiver, IF 452 kHz
Bands: Long Wave, Medium Wave, and 6 Short Wave bands (no FM/UKW — FM broadcasting did not yet exist in Europe when this set was built)
Dynamic loudspeaker, ~19 cm
