Magnificent vintage Cleo-style plastron choker necklace, characterized by its bold fringe design, its highly reflective faceted black onyx beads linked together with antique gilded brass links, its fringe pendant drops.
Dangling directly from the lower tier are smooth, matte-gold teardrop charms secured by miniature textured filigree bead caps.
The visible part of the clasp itself incorporates small onyx black beads and golden brass balls to harmonise perfectly with the rest of the set.
This clasp is a vintage model characteristic of the fancy necklaces and bracelets of the mid-20th century (1950 to 1970s).
