This original work is part of my ongoing series “Boundaries”, which explores the visible and invisible limits we create around ourselves – between freedom and restriction, vulnerability and protection, the inner self and the outside world.
The work is created using acrylic lacquer spray on delicate tissue paper. Through the process, the fragile material develops folds, traces and irregular structures that become an essential part of the composition. The tension between the strength of the lacquer and the vulnerability of the paper reflects the central idea of the series: boundaries can protect us, but they can also restrict us.
For safe transport, the artwork will be carefully flattened, rolled and securely packaged for shipping. It is sold unframed, allowing the new owner to choose a presentation that best suits the work and its surroundings.
