Vom Verkäufer bereitgestellte Beschreibung
This work is part of my series boundaries and is created with acrylic spray paint on delicate tissue paper. The material plays an essential role in the creative process. As the paint meets the thin paper, the surface absorbs, folds, wrinkles and transforms. I do not try to correct these reactions. I allow them to become part of the work.
“Beyond the Line” is about going further than what we already know. It reflects the moment when we leave the familiar behind and enter something uncertain — without knowing exactly where it will lead.
The folds and irregular structures of the paper carry traces of this transformation. Like life itself, the surface cannot return to its original state. Every experience changes its form, but at the same time creates something new.
For me, the work is about freedom, change and the courage to move beyond our own limitations. What appears to be an ending may simply be the beginning of another possibility.
Beyond the line lies not certainty, but possibility.
