Diese eindrucksvolle dokumentarische Komposition erfasst das kubanische Leben durch ein intimes Interieur: ein gerahmtes Porträt von Ernesto Che Guevara hängt über einem Antiquitätenfernsehgerät, vor einer ocker getäfelten Wand, die dem Zahn der Zeit unterliegt. Biographie de l'artiste :
Mireille Vautier, diplomee de Sciences Po Paris et titulaire d'un Master de la Cornell University (USA), a mene de nombreuses missions ethnographiques et photographiques pour l'UNESCO. Son travail a ete diffuse par de grandes agences de presse photographiques, notamment l'agence ANA. Son oeuvre a recu le soutien et la reconnaissance de figures majeures de la photographie internationale, dont Joan Fontcuberta, laureat du prix Hasselblad (equivalent du prix Nobel de la photographie). Ses reportages et ouvrages ont ete publies chez des editeurs prestigieux tels qu'Actes Sud, Nathan et Hazan.

Artist Biography:
Mireille Vautier graduated from Sciences Po Paris and held a Master's degree from Cornell University (USA). She carried out numerous ethnographic and photographic missions for UNESCO. Her work was distributed by major photo press agencies, including the ANA agency. Her artistic work has been praised and endorsed by leading international photography figures, including Joan Fontcuberta, recipient of the prestigious Hasselblad Award (often referred to as the Nobel Prize of photography). Her reporting and books were published by prestigious houses such as Actes Sud, Nathan, and Hazan.
