For shipments within Japan, buyers are required to pay a 10% consumption tax to the seller via bank transfer or PayPal.

For shipments to European countries, import taxes of approximately 20–25% may apply. These taxes are typically collected by the courier upon delivery or customs clearance (excluding Frankreich und die Schweiz).
In addition to VAT, the delivery company will charge a customs duty of approximately 4,5% and a courier service fee of roughly 10 to 15 Euro for European destinations.

All items are shipped from Japan via DHL Express.
We cannot alter the declared value on the commercial invoice, nor can we mark items as "gifts" or "samples."
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 days, though it may take longer depending on customs clearance procedures and your local delivery region.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or flight disruptions.
