A line of nude swimmers holds the brink of motion - bodies aligned, muscles taut - while one figure has already committed, cutting cleanly through the frame and into the water beyond. Mein Vater, Michael Joseph, war von Mitte der 1960er bis Anfang der 1990er Jahre ein in London ansässiger Werbefotograf.
In diesen Jahrzehnten schuf er eine außergewöhnliche Werkschau – sein bekanntestes Bild ist das ikonische Gatefold von Beggars Banquet der Rolling Stones.
