A beautiful Japanese hand-painted silk hanging scroll by Naganawa Masamitsu (永縄雅光).
The composition depicts two white rabbits beneath a large full moon, surrounded by blooming pink roses. The white rabbits stand out delicately against the warm silk ground, creating an elegant and auspicious seasonal composition.
The work is signed 雅光 (Masamitsu) and bears a red artist seal. It is accompanied by its original signed wooden storage box (tomobako), also inscribed and sealed by the artist.
