Natural Kunzite Terminated Crystal – Konar Mines, Afghanistan – 198 g

A beautiful natural Kunzite crystal from the Konar Mines of Afghanistan, weighing 198 grams and measuring approximately 85 × 57 × 34 mm.

This is a large and impressive crystal with a well-developed natural termination that gives the specimen a distinctive and attractive appearance. The termination has a smooth, elegant crystal form and is completely natural, adding significant interest for collectors.

The crystal is translucent from the top to the bottom, allowing light to pass through the material and revealing its natural internal growth features. Numerous fine longitudinal growth striations are visible across the crystal surfaces, characteristic of the natural growth of Kunzite.

The specimen has a substantial size and attractive crystal form, making it suitable for mineral collections and display. Due to its size and material quality, it may also be of interest to lapidaries for cutting purposes, subject to the buyer's own assessment.

Important treatment disclosure: The Kunzite itself is natural. Its original colour is white/very pale, while the present green colour has been produced by irradiation. This treatment is clearly disclosed and should be taken into consideration by collectors and buyers.
