By using the “AE Lock” function—which is activated simply by pressing the base of the film advance lever—
you can capture exactly what you envision, even in backlit portraits or when shooting through dappled sunlight.
The body, with its pleasant metallic texture, offers excellent weight balance when paired with heavier metal Nikkor lenses,
making it easy to prevent camera shake and hold the camera steadily.
