Zum Verkauf steht ein prachtvolles Original des Hollywood Regency / Mid-Century Stils aus den ca. 1970er Jahren. Die skulpturale Leuchte in Gestalt eines sitzenden Buddhas besticht durch den reizvollen Kontrast zwischen strahlend weiß glasierter Keramik und einer hochglänzenden, spiegelnden Echtgold-Auflage (Teilvergoldung). Design, Glasur und Vergoldung entsprechen exakt den ikonischen Entwürfen dieser Epoche (im Stil von Domenico Zanotto / Nove / Bassano).

Zustand & ehrliche Patina:
* Gesicht & Glasur: Die Vergoldung glänzt prachtvoll spiegelnd (dunkle Flecken auf den Fotos sind nur Lichtreflexionen). Es gibt den typischen, leichten Goldabrieb an den Händen und an der Nase. Am Kopfschmuck befinden sich zwei minimale Glasurpünktchen. Auf der Unterseite ist zudem der zeittypische Herkunftsaufdruck aufgebracht (platzbedingt als „MAD IN ITAL“).
* Altersspuren: Ein kleiner, unauffälliger Chip (ca. 0,8 cm) befindet sich in der weißen Glasur seitlich am Körper unterhalb des linken Ellenbogens. Durch den natürlichen Schattenwurf im Faltenwurf des Gewandes beeinträchtigt dieser die prachtvolle Frontansicht in keiner Weise.
* Lampenschirm: Originaler, plissierter Stoffschirm mit goldener Fransenborte. Er hat über die Jahrzehnte eine charmante, authentische Alterspatina (leichte Altersflecken auf der Oberseite sowie altersübliche Verfärbungen seitlich, siehe Fotos) entwickelt – ein unberührtes Sammlerstück. Stofflich in gutem Zustand, stabil, keine Risse oder Löcher.

For sale is a magnificent original Hollywood Regency / Mid-Century style table lamp from the approx. 1970s. This sculptural lamp, depicting a seated Buddha, features a stunning contrast between glossy white glazed ceramic and a mirror-like, highly polished real gold finish (partial gilding). Design, glaze, and gilding correspond exactly to the iconic designs of this period (in the style of Domenico Zanotto / Nove / Bassano).

The highlight: 100% original condition with shade!

Condition & Honest Patina:
* Face & Glaze: The gilding shows a magnificent mirror shine (dark spots in the photos are merely light reflections). There is typical, light gold wear on the hands and nose. There are two minimal, tiny glaze dots on the headdress. The back also features a period-typical origin stamp (applied as "MAD IN ITAL" due to limited space).
* Signs of Age: A small, unobtrusive chip (approx. 0.8 cm) is located in the white glaze on the side of the body beneath the left elbow. Positioned within the natural shadow of the robe's folds, it does not affect the spectacular front appearance at all.
* Lampshade: Original pleated fabric shade with gold fringe trim. Over the decades, it has developed a charming, authentic vintage patina (light age spots on the top as well as age-typical discoloration on the sides, see photos) – an untouched collector's item. Structurally in good, solid condition with no tears or holes.
* Accessories & Electrics: Includes the original brass finial in an artistic leaf shape. Original E27 metal socket, fully functional (230V).
