Elena Paraskevas Arbeiten befinden sich in institutionellen und unternehmerischen Sammlungen, darunter dem Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (große 500 cm Installation am Eingang zur Kinderkrebsstation), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif) und weiteren institutionellen sowie unternehmerischen Sammlungen.

Ihre Arbeiten wurden im Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel ausgestellt sowie auf großen Biennalen (wie der Florence Biennale) und Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, Dubai, São Paulo (Brasilien), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena usw.

Im Jahr 2026 wurde ihre Arbeit ausgewählt, von zwei Fotografie-Legenden ausgezeichnet bzw. ausgestellt zu werden: Christopher Morris (der angesehene Fotograf, der 30 Jahre bei TIME Magazine verbracht hat, darunter neun Jahre berichtend aus dem Weißen Haus) und Magnum-Fotograf Alec Soth, weithin anerkannt als einer der einflussreichsten lebenden Fotografen.

Sie wurde von vier verschiedenen internationalen Fotografiegesellschaften zur International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) ernannt.

Sie hat internationale Anerkennung und Großpreise von Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards und vielen weiteren erhalten.

Seit 2021 ist sie Jurorin beim FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS – bewertet gemeinsam mit Kuratoren des Fotografiska Museums und des Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography – und fungiert jedes Jahr als Jurorin bei mehreren internationalen Fotowettbewerben. Sie ist außerdem ehemalige Adobe-Ausbilderin und Botschafterin.
