A charming granite stone garden lantern 石燈籠 (ishi'dôrô) fashioned as a traditional Japanese farmhouse, known as a minka 民家.
Carved in two sections with well-defined architectural details, the lantern is topped by a gently arched thatched roof surmounted by a carved ridge beam. One side is decorated with a large waterwheel, while the façade features a circular lattice window.
