The vineyards are found within the Bullas Designation of Origin. A land with a time-honoured relationship with wine, with vestiges of wine production dating back more than 2,600 years. Monastrell is the local variety that accounts for the majority of this designation. It has medium to large bunches, which are dense and compact due to its great blossom. Its clusters are conical and tight, with small, spherical berries. These wines are quite unique as they are aged in both selected limestone tanks and in oak barrels.
