Elena Paraskeva - Hydroilluminations II (Baryta Silk)

„Hydroilluminations II“ wurde in-camera mit externen Blitzen erreicht, die in Farbgels eingehüllt waren, während Wasser von oben auf das Model geschleudert wurde. Diese erstaunlichen Farben waren das Ergebnis der drei verschiedenen Farbgels, und der unscharfe „Effekt“ entstand durch Experimente mit langsameren Verschlusszeiten. Ich habe Hydroilluminations im Rahmen eines Seminars/Workshops geschaffen, den ich anderen professionellen Fotografen gegeben habe.

ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier unterschiedlichen, angesehenen internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften 2024/2023/2021/2018 zur FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES gekürt.
Sie ist Absolventin der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris etc. und fungiert seit 2021 als geschätzte Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat in der Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel ausgestellt, sowie bei Biennales und in renommierten Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw.

Der jüngste Erwerb ihrer Arbeiten erfolgte durch das Public Art Department der schwedischen Västra Götaland Regierung. Unter den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihre Werke halten, ist am besonderen Boston Hospital in den USA die Installation von 500 cm Länge im Eingangsbereich der Kinderkrebsstation.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und großes Fachwissen in der Fotografie habe. Adobe, die Macher von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „atemberaubende konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.

Sie wurde in zahlreiche Publikationen aufgenommen, darunter The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Aesthetica, Vogue.it, Lensculture, Photography Masterclass, PDN usw.
Sie ist heute an dem Punkt ihrer Karriere, an dem sie weltweit gefragt ist, professionelle Wettbewerbe zu beurteilen, und wird zu Vorträgen bei Fotografie-Seminaren eingeladen.

Sie wurde von ADOBE (den Macher von Photoshop) beauftragt, Fachleute aus der ganzen Welt in ihre kreativen Prozesse und Bearbeitungstechniken zu unterrichten.
