Pair of Antique Blue and White Porcelain Table Lamps (Delft style) A fine and rare pair of blue and white porcelain table lamps, richly decorated in Delft style with floral motifs and classical ornaments. The lamps are mounted on detailed brass/bronze-coloured bases in baroque style and fitted with brass lamp fittings. Both lamps are electrified (wiring present, not tested – professional revision recommended). One lamp shows a small superficial chip in the porcelain (see detail photo). These lamps were originally made in the early 20th century (interwar period), when Delft style objects regained popularity, often produced for the affluent bourgeoisie and for export. Age: ca. 1920–1940 (early 20th century, interwar period). Material: Porcelain (hand-painted, Delft style), brass/bronze base and fittings. Origin: Europe (Netherlands/Belgium, Delft style).
