By the Manifesto (Law No. 14290) of April 3, 1775, "On the Carriages and Liveries Which Officials of Different Classes Are Permitted to Have," it regulated the number of horses in a team for each class and the types of liveries, instructing the police to monitor compliance with the established regulations.
