The Order of the Red Star was established on April 6, 1930. Its statute was approved on May 5, 1930. It was a purely military award. It was awarded to military personnel, police officers, state security officers, and other citizens of the USSR who demonstrated courage in defense of the MotherlandThere was a small restoration at the tip of the beam at 7:00. 2.The medal for "long-term conscientious labor" in the USSR was the "Veteran of Labor" medal, established in 1974 to reward workers, collective farmers, and employees for long-term conscientious labor. The reverse of this medal does indeed bear the inscription "For long-term conscientious labor." In modern Russia, there is a departmental award "For Conscientious Labor" issued by the Russian Ministry of Justice, as well as the title of "Veteran of Labor" with a certificate, which is awarded based on awards (including the old Soviet medal) and long service. 3.The Jubilee Medal "60 Years of the USSR Armed Forces" was established by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on January 28, 1978, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the USSR Armed Forces. The medal was designed by artist L. D. Pilipenko.Warrant Officer Pavel Petrovich Andreev was awarded the Order of Lenin, the highest award of the USSR, and was also awarded the Order of Glory, third degree, and was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of War. Comrade Andreev was the senior of the machinists' group on the ship SVIR.
