The lighter features a sculptural body in milky white onyx with warm veining, intersected by vertical brass bands. It retains the original Dunhill patent lift-arm mechanism, with the signature engraved on the bridge. The matching onyx base echoes the same stepped geometric lines, typical of Dunhill’s luxurious smoking accessories from the interwar and early post-war years. Together, they exemplify the Art Deco marriage of luxury materials and precision engineering for which Dunhill became world-renowned — equally at home on a collector’s desk or a refined mid-century interior. The underside of the lighter is stamped ‘Made in England’, confirming authenticity and manufacture in Dunhill’s English workshops.
