Canon F-1 Early Model + FD 1,4/50mm S.S.C. Maintained Meter Works Shutter speed measured | Analoge Kamera

The first-generation Canon F-1 was released in March 1971, with serial numbers starting from the 100000 range. This unit has the serial number 157644, making it a model that falls close to the early production batch. Both the camera and the lens were professionally disassembled and serviced by a technician. Most classic cameras exported from Japan are not properly maintained. It is quite rare to find a camera that has been thoroughly serviced, including accurate shutter speed measurement. The following maintenance work has been carried out: Disassembly cleaning of the Focusing Screen and lens. Adjustment and calibration of the shutter speed. Many Canon F-1 bodies have an issue where the shutter curtains do not fully open at the 1/2000-second speed. As shown in the video below, all shutter speed readings on this camera — including 1/2000 sec — fall within the specified values. A video demonstrating the shutter speed. https://youtu.be/PIvfAK6_2Gs Maintenance performed by: Hideki Tada Instagram: @obsessed_with_camera_repair https://www.instagram.com/obsessed_with_camera_repair/ ■GRADE: Very good ■Appearance of the item: Good.
