The 1976 Viña Real Gran Reserva is a remarkable wine from the Spanish winery Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE), which was founded in 1879. The Viña Real brand was introduced in the 1920s and is known for its high-quality wines from the Rioja Alavesa. This Gran Reserva was traditionally made from Tempranillo grapes, complemented by Garnacha and Mazuelo. After fermentation, the wine was aged for several years in oak barrels before being released. The 1976 vintage is characterized by a deep, ruby ​​​​red color with brick red reflections. The nose unfolds complex aromas of ripe red fruit, leather, tobacco and spices.
