A rare Chinese verte imari and gilt porcelain bowl. China, early 18th century, Qing dynasty, Yongzheng period (1722-1735, 雍正).
Finely painted to the interior with a garden scene depicting peony and other flowers in iron-red, green and blue, details highlighted with gilding. Iron red geometrical band between blue lines next to the edge.
Daylight pictures included.
Dimensions: diameter - 22,1 cm; height - 3,8 cm. Weight - 351 g;
Provenance: private collection, Paris, France.
Conditions report: excellent condition, no damages. No cracks, no hairlines, no chips, no restorations. Minor wear to the painted decor and gilding. Minimal firing faults. Strong white light tested. Check pictures for details.
