/// "This portrait blends baroque solemnity with an ethereal, almost poetic atmosphere created by the butterflies orbiting the young sitter. The introspective pose contrast with the lightness of the natural world, generating tension between the ceremonial and the living. The piece becomes an allegory of restrained delicacy, a dialogue between historical opulence and fleeting fragility."///

● About the Artist:
Original work by Nando López, a digital artist based in Barcelona. Trained in advertising design, he began his career in agencies and design studios before fully transitioning into fashion illustration, collaborating with internationally recognized brands.
● About the Dikhotomy Project:
For the past four years, Dikhotomy has been an ongoing series of digital collages and illustrations where classical art and contemporary culture collide unapologetically. Fragments of art history blend with pop elements, visual irony, and cultural critique to provoke both reflection and amusement.
Each piece is the result of a creative clash between handcrafted digital editing and AI-powered tools (midjourney and recraft) merging the human and the technological. Influenced by pop art and urban art, Dikhotomy is a deliberate parody of the art world and an invitation to view it from a new perspective.
