Alessi - Moretti-Savoy - Servierplatte - ''Human collection'' - 18/10 Edelstahl

The Alessi Human Collection Bowl is a beautifully crafted stainless steel piece designed for versatile use, whether serving fruit, pasta, side dishes, or simply as an elegant centerpiece for the table. Originally created as a salad bowl, it is part of the celebrated Human Collection, born from the collaboration between French designer Bruno Moretti and Michelin‑starred chef Guy Savoy, a partnership rooted in thoughtful research, quality materials, and the harmonious presentation of food. Inspired by an algebraic curve known as a cardioid, resembling a flattened leaf or a heart, the bowl’s elegant form is both aesthetic and functional. Its generous outward curves allow ingredients to be arranged and presented with respect for their texture and fragility, while the ample volume makes mixing and serving effortless. The Human Collection gets its name from the way the pieces embody both culinary passion and human connection: as Savoy explained, eating is the most fundamental human concern, and giving pleasure to guests is the chef’s first priority. The heart‑like form of the design symbolises that focus on human experience and emotional resonance around the table. Made in Italy from 18/10 mirror‑polished stainless steel, this bowl combines functional performance with sculptural beauty, a perfect choice for anyone who appreciates design that bridges everyday use and artistic expression. This ''human collection'' bowl is new and has never been used. Delivered with original packaging and documentation. Note: The bowl features a dark Alessi sticker, which can remain in place during use or be removed if preferred About Moretti-Savoy: A graduate of the école nationale supérieure d’art (Higher National School of Art) in Dijon in 1985, Moretti founds the 18 Août with Fabrice Berrux and Pascal Oriol in 1987. Bruno Moretti has been working on projects in the field of design and interior architecture. A large number of his works concern "tableware": fruit bowls, trays, cutlery, kitchen utensils, having features in major exhibitions; some of his pieces were entered into the collection of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. His meeting with Guy Savoy in 2012, marks the beginning of a new field of experimentation in table design. This relationship, both friendly and professional, leads to the development of several projects which take a different look at our relationship to objects and culinary habits. With Guy Savoy, Bruno Moretti proceeds with designing a set of "table art" products for the chef’s new Paris restaurant at the Hôtel de la Monnaie de Paris, which opened in 2015.
