De enamel is volledig intact en toont fraaie natuurlijke glans, duidelijke verticale structuren en warme kleurnuances. De kroon is volledig onbeschadigd, scherp gevormd en symmetrisch, met een zeer krachtige uitstraling. Ook de bruine wortel is volledig intact, massief bewaard gebleven en zonder restauratie of aanvulling.

Wat dit exemplaar bijzonder maakt is de complete originaliteit: volledig natuurlijk, ongerestaureerd en zonder enige reconstructie. De diepe natuurlijke kleuren, sterke contrastrijke bourlette en perfecte verhoudingen maken dit een tand perfect.
