De Zangvogel van Artifort

In de wereld van designmeubelen is de Artifort C 725 Bird sofa een ware legende. Ontworpen door de Nederlandse ontwerper Michiel van der Kley, is deze sofa meer dan alleen een zitmeubel; het is een kunstwerk dat de grenzen tussen kunst en functionaliteit vervaagt.

Van der Kley, bekend om zijn oog voor detail en zijn passie voor organische vormen, vond inspiratie voor de Bird sofa in de natuur. De vloeiende lijnen en de zachte rondingen van de sofa doen denken aan de elegante bewegingen van een vogel in de lucht. Het lijkt alsof de sofa op het punt staat om op te stijgen, om zich los te maken van de grond en weg te zweven.

De sofa werd voor het eerst geïntroduceerd in de jaren '90 en sindsdien is het een geliefd object onder designliefhebbers over de hele wereld. De Bird sofa is niet alleen comfortabel, maar ook tijdloos. De unieke vormgeving en de hoogwaardige materialen waaruit de sofa is gemaakt, zorgen ervoor dat het een eyecatcher is in elke ruimte.
