In 1955 he presented a retrospective of his works at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.

Constantin was part of the Paris intellectual and social circle with Erik Satie, Marcel Duchamp, Pablo Picasso, Guillaume Apollinaire, among others. 

His art influenced the new concepts of form in sculpture, painting and industrial design.

Through a will, Brancusi left his atelier to the French state, which will rebuild it identical to the original in the square of the famous Centre Georges Pompidou.

Atelier Brancusi contains about 137 original sculptures and 87 pedestals, 41 drawings, 2 paintings and more than 1600 glass photographic plates and original photographs by the artist.





































































































































Like Edgar Degas, Vassily Kandinsky, Egon Schiele, Piet Mondrian, Georges Braque, Raoul Dufy, René Magritte, Edvard Munch, Gustav Klimt, Paul Cezanne, Renoir, Rembrandt, Picasso, Amedeo Modigliani, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, Georges Seurat, Henri Matisse, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Constantin Brancusi was one of the most important artists of the XX century.
