Autumn promenade by the Dutch painter Fred Breebaart (1945 2015) in a high-quality double frame. In his inimitable style within the naïve art he represents here the life at a Dutch canal with the multitude of human activities. Playing children climbing trees, mothers with prams, the bigger one pulling behind them. A thief persecuted by the police and so on. The pure life in a small picture. Signed at lower right with "F. Breebaart". You'd say a "Where's Wally" today. The paper is torn on the back (see pictures) but the seal label of the artist with his own signature. The name of the painting and the date of origin is undamaged. The painting is less bright than newer paintings of Fred because Fred used other paint in these days.
