Rare vintage bottle of Metaxa – Original Greek Brandy
Producer: S. & E. A. Metaxa, Piraeus – Greece
Production period: 1950s (label with “Grand Prix San Francisco 1915”)
Capacity: Approximately 750 ml (volume not indicated on the label, standard at the time)
Condition: Original seal intact. Bottle never opened. Normal signs of aging on the labels. Excellent condition.
Provenance: Private collection.

This bottle represents one of the most prized historic versions of the famous Greek brandy Metaxa, featuring an ornate period design with international medals, including the famous Grand Prix – Panama Pacific International Exposition – San Francisco 1915 award.
The blue wax seal with the S. & E. A. Metaxa mark certifies its authenticity and production in Piraeus, at the historic original distillery.

A highly sought-after piece by collectors of antique spirits, ideal for display. Given its age, the contents are not guaranteed for consumption.

• Glass without cracks or chips
• Labels clearly legible, slight natural discoloration
