Fahrzeughistorie:
Der BMW R7 wurde von Ingenieur Alfred Böning entworfen und ging 1934 in Produktion. 
Es war nicht nur ein ganz besonderes Motorrad, sondern auch nur 1 Prototyp, der wegen des Krieges nicht weiterentwickelt wurde und sich im BMW-Museum in München befindet.

Dieser R7 Tribute auf Basis einer BMW R Nine T aus dem Jahr 2014 wurde sein eigener Stil und seine Überzeugung verliehen. Rahmen, Block, Räder, Getriebe, Bremsen und Elektronik wurden original belassen. Der Rest der Arbeit ist traditionelle Oberklasse-Technik, bei der die meisten Komponenten von Hand gefertigt wurden. Mit anderen Worten, es wurde die Handwerkskunst der 1930er Jahre auf dieses Prachtstück angewandt.

– Die Bleche, einschließlich der Kotflügel und des Tanks, wurden von Hand aus Flugzeugaluminium geformt. 

– Der Sattel ist ein Kunstwerk für sich, ebenso wie der Schlüssel, der bei einem Juwelier nicht fehl am Platz wäre.

– Wie bei der originalen R7 lässt sich das Blech relativ leicht abnehmen, so dass der Zugang zu Motor, Getriebe und Elektronik unproblematisch ist.

– Das Pinstriping wurde traditionell mit einem Pinsel aufgetragen.

– Die Auspuffe wurden wassergestrahlt, d. h. sie erhielten ihre natürliche Form durch sehr hohen Wasserdruck.
