De Ar-4xa is de verbeterde versie van 's werelds meest gebruikte high fidelity luidsprekersysteem, de AR-4x. De AR-4xa gebruikt dezelfde akoestische ophangwoofer als zijn voorganger, maar bevat een nieuwe tweeter en een aangepast crossovernetwerk. De 32 mm tweeter is dezelfde als die in het veelgeprezen AR-6 luidsprekersysteem, waardoor de AR-4xa een verbeterde treble-respons en dispersie-eigenschappen heeft.
Van de AR-4, AR-4x en AR-4xa zijn de xa absoluut de beste high-end luidsprekers.
