HISTORY/OVERVIEW
The 996 Carrera mk2 version represents the best evolution of the 996 series, with the engine increased from 3400cc to 3600cc and the power increased to 320 horsepower, furthermore the engine becomes more reliable.

This example was ordered new in Kuwait from "Bebehani Brothers Motorcars" and remained there until 2020, where it was then sold to Germany. The original specifications are unique (see also vin decoder with optionals) including the rare Zanzibar Red metallic L1A8 colour typical of the GT3s. 

A compliance appraisal carried out by a professional third party appraiser inspected the car.

EXTERIOR
The bodywork is solid and without any trace of corrosion, a thickness gauge test did not reveal any accidents. A full polish has just been performed, in some areas (e.g. rear bonnet) there are some halos where the paint has faded (see photos) and some normal signs of normal road use. It can be used like this without any worries.

The underbody is very solid and has no oil leaks, no accidents. Furthermore, the hot climate of Kuwait has excellently preserved the bodywork and undercarriage, as shown in the photos on the lift.

INTERIOR
The leather interior is in beautiful original condition, and the optional sport seats with original painted backs, as indicated by the chassis number (see photo), are extremely rare and, combined with the wood inlays, make this Porsche truly unique, just like the sunroof.

MECHANICS
Mechanically the car has only 100,272 km on the clock, and has just received a service and electrical check, with a road test carried out by the workshop, with invoice. The car can be used immediately and does not require work to be driven, the automatic gearbox is smooth and the drive is very sporty, also thanks to the manual selector.
Furthermore, the 18-inch rims are original Porsche from the factory.
