La Zarza Ardiente (Неопалимая Купина / Neopalimaya Kupina), una de las advocaciones más conocidas de la Virgen María en la tradición ortodoxa.

Qué significa

La “zarza que ardía sin consumirse” (Éxodo 3) se interpreta como figura de la Virgen:
María “recibe el fuego de la divinidad” (Cristo) sin consumirse, es decir, permanece Virgen y es portadora de Dios (Theotokos).

Estrella/cruz de 8 puntas: forma típica de esta iconografía, con campos triangulares alrededor.

Ángeles alrededor: suelen representar a los mensajeros celestes y, en muchas versiones, también se relacionan con los elementos/protección.
