Palillero de plata .900 de Centroeuropa, especial coleccionistas, de un estilo muy particular, que fue muy popular a finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX.

El recipiente está situado a la espalda de un personaje, que es la pieza principal del palillero.

La Base es de tipo trípode con una decoración muy rica en rocallas, volutas y motivos musicales.

La técnica utilizada es el repujado y cincelado, lo que le da esa profundidad y detalle a la plata.

Este tipo de piezas se pusieron muy de moda en la época victoriana y eduardiana (aprox. 1880-1920).

Se utilizaban como centros de mesa o elementos decorativos en los comedores de la burguesía.

Hoy en día, este tipo de piezas son muy buscadas por coleccionistas de plata europea.

Anotación: Presenta contrapesos en la base.
