Kaiser Germany Bisque Porcelain Figurine – “Little Ballerina” by W. Gawantka – Model No. 530 – 1970s.

A finely modelled bisque porcelain figurine by Kaiser Porzellan, Germany.
The piece depicts a young ballerina girl adjusting her shoe on a small stool — a delicate and graceful composition designed by W. Gawantka, one of Kaiser’s most renowned sculptors.

This model (No. 530) belongs to Kaiser’s classic 1970s bisque series, produced in white matte porcelain and signed “W. Gawantka” on the base.
The quality of detail in the hair, hands, and facial expression is typical of Gawantka’s soft, lifelike sculpting style.

A charming collector’s item and a beautiful example of post-war German porcelain artistry.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
