•Vinificazione: fermentazione in tini di Rovere; 30 giorni di macerazione a contatto 
con le bucce e bagnatura soffice del cappello con il sistema “a doccia” ad una 
temperatura compresa tra i 30°e i 27° C. Fermentazione malolattica 
•Affinamento: minimo 6 anni prima dell’uscita in commercio. Matura 3 anni in botte 
di Rovere di media capacità, e restante parte in bottiglia
•Colore: rosso granato vivo di grande profondità
profumo: straordinaria complessità, eleganza e sentori dolci con evidenti note di 
bacche rosse, petali di rosa appassita, liquirizia , rabarbaro e genziana e a corollario 
una speziatura dolce finissima caratteristiche di questo cru
•Gusto: eccellente struttura, in un contesto di un’attraente tessuto di tannini setosi e 
di perfetta armonia: lunghissimo e molto fresco il suo affascinante retrogusto
•Abbinamenti: tagliolini ai funghi porcini, agnolotti, Brasato, formaggi di buona 
stagionatura

•Harvest: Manual harvest, further manual selection before 
destemming.

•Vinification: Fermentation in oak vats; 30 days of maceration on the skins and gentle wetting of the cap using the "shower" system at a 
temperature between 30° and 27° C. Malolactic fermentation.

•Aging: Minimum 6 years before release. Aged for 3 years in medium-sized oak barrels
and the remainder in the bottle.
•Color: Vivid garnet red with great depth
•Nose: Extraordinary complexity, elegance, and sweet aromas with evident notes of
red berries, dried rose petals, licorice, rhubarb, and gentian, complemented by
a very subtle sweet spiciness characteristic of this cru.
•Taste: Excellent structure, within an attractive fabric of silky tannins and
perfect harmony: its fascinating aftertaste is very long and very fresh
•Pairings: Tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, agnolotti, braised beef, well-aged cheeses
