Condition Report

The watch is offered in Grade B+ condition, with light signs of wear consistent with age and careful use.

The 35 x 35 mm stainless steel square case remains very attractive, with sharp geometric lines and elegant proportions. It shows minor surface marks and fine traces of use visible under close inspection, but overall remains in very good condition.

The silver dial is one of the highlights of this watch. It features a beautiful textured guilloché-style pattern that creates a refined visual depth. Large applied Roman numerals provide a bold and elegant design, while the angled date window at approximately 4 o’clock adds a modern and distinctive touch.

The applied markers and silver-tone hands pair beautifully with the blue central seconds hand, giving the watch a highly sophisticated appearance.

The sapphire crystal remains in good condition, offering excellent clarity and strong scratch resistance.

The watch is fitted with a generic brown leather strap in good condition, suitable for wrists up to approximately 20 cm, complementing the elegant case design very well.

Story & Heritage

Founded in 1931 in the Swiss Jura, Louis Erard has become synonymous with accessible Swiss luxury and mechanical excellence. The brand is celebrated for producing elegant watches that focus on craftsmanship, timeless design, and authentic horology.

The La Carrée collection is a perfect expression of that philosophy. Its square architecture pays tribute to classic Art Deco design while incorporating modern finishing and reliable Swiss automatic performance.

Unlike conventional round watches, the La Carrée offers a unique wrist presence—refined, architectural, and effortlessly stylish. It appeals to collectors who appreciate watches with personality, clean design, and enduring elegance.

This timepiece represents a beautiful fusion of tradition and modernity, making it a highly wearable and collectible Swiss automatic watch.
