Sara Arnaout nasce a Torino.Vive parte della sua infanzia in Giordania, paese d'origine del padre, e parte in Italia. A tredici anni si trasferisce negli Stati Uniti, dove consegue il diploma di scuola media alla Red Bank Middle School e si distingue sin da subito in ambito artistico vincendo svariati Art Awards. Si iscrive poi alla Red Bank Regional High School, nel New Jersey, dove predilige frequentare le art classes, partecipando attivamente alla vita artistica statunitense. Si diploma alla Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera a Milano nel 1996.
Innumerevoli sono le sue Mostre nazionali ed internazionali. Attualmente vive e lavora nel suo studio di Milano
