Beautifully designed Jugendstil Tulip vase by Walker & Hall.
"A1" means that it is the highest quality silvered at Walker & Hall.
The number 51947 is their catalog number. It dates back to around 1901-1910,  probably 1905. The Jugendstil style was similar to what was called ' Art Nouveau ' in Britain.
Beautifully elaborated tulip vase consisting of 3 parts, this is adorned with flower and leaves that are often used in this style.
