Raoul Guys was een Franse (mid-20e eeuw) ontwerper en maker actief vooral rond de jaren 1940–1960.
Hij ontwierp vooral meubels en objecten in metaal en rotan (riet) die typisch modernistisch en functioneel van stijl zijn.
Zijn werk valt onder mid-century design (na WOII), en veel stukken combineerden lichte, warme materialen zoals rotan met strakke metalen frames 
Raoul Guys begon zijn carierre als reclame designer.
In 1932 richtte hij zijn eigen design firma op : "Société Raoul Guys" en werkte voor veel prestigieuze klanten
 
Guy’s werk omvat bijvoorbeeld:
Rieten fauteuils en stoelen met metalen buizenframes (ongedateerd, maar accent op 1950s)
Salontafels en bijzettafels van metalen structuren met rotan oppervlakken
Verschillende moderne meubels die vandaag door verzamelaars worden gewaardeerd 
Raoul Guys wordt gezien als een creatieveling die de esthetiek van functioneel modernisme combineerde met ambachtelijke materialen zoals rotan. Zijn stukken vol contrast tussen warmte en geometrische eenvoud spreken veel mid-century liefhebbers aan.
