Prachtige en stijlzuivere Zeeuwse kast met vier deuren. 
Rond 1650. 

In deze tijd behoorde  was Zeeland met de rest van Holland het rijkste land ter wereld door de scheepvaart en de handel die dit meebracht. Omdat de Rooms Katholieke kerk geen macht meer had en kerk en koning niet het machtigste waren maar de middenstand het voor het zeggen had werd het geld beter verdeeld zodat het hele land kon profiteren - dit systeem zorgde ervoor dat Nederland zo rijk kon worden. 
Geld wat te veel op één hoop ligt is minder effectief. 

Deze rijkdom komt volledig tot uiting in dit meubel. 
Een rijke en uitzonderlijk mooie kast helemaal in de Zeeuwse traditie gemaakt. 
De verhoudingen zijn typerend, breder dan de hoogte. 
Ook de smalle en brede deurtjes boven zijn typisch Zeeuws. 
Fraaie kornis panelen met mooie renaissancistische verstekken - met ingelegd zwart ebben in de deuren.  Ook nog een uitgestoken ornament  in palissanderhout. 
Fraaie stevige pilasters flankeren de deuren - met prachtig in groot vakmanscjhap uitgestoken schubben. Zeer gedisciplineerd en regelmatig gedaan. 
De deuren onder hebben verder in het midden kornis panelen met ebben gecombineerd en een opvallend mooi achthoek in diep profiel met veel contrasterend echt ebben. 
Typisch renaissance  die in Holland en Zeeland populair werden in de 17de eeuw. 

Drie fraaie goed gesneden leeuwenkoppen flankeren de deurtjes boven. 
Onder drie pilasters met in het midden een vrouwenhoofd en naast haar twee mannenhoofden.  
Alle details zijn met zorg en veel vakmanschap gemaakt. 
In het midden een verborgen lade over de hele breedte. zie detailfoto. 
Het trekkertje is een verborgen ornament. 

Ook origineel en vroeg zijn de poten- zijstijlen die doorlopen tot op de grond. 
Dit is vroeger dan bolpoten. 

Ik vervoer niet naar landen buiten de EU. 
Kopers uit die landen dienen zelf het transport te bestellen bij een vervoerder naar eigen keuze.

Beautiful and stylish Zeeland cabinet with four doors.

At this time, Zeeland, along with the rest of Holland, was the richest country in the world thanks to the shipping and trade it generated. Because the Roman Catholic Church no longer held power, and the church and king were no longer the dominant power, but the middle class held the reins, money was better distributed so the entire country could benefit – this system allowed the Netherlands to become so wealthy.

Money that is too much in one pile is less effective.

This wealth is fully expressed in this piece of furniture.
A rich and exceptionally beautiful cabinet made entirely in the Zeeland tradition.
The proportions are characteristic, wider than it is tall.

The narrow and wide doors at the top are also typically Zeelandic.
Beautiful cornice panels with beautiful Renaissance miters – with inlaid black ebony
in the doors. In the hood below the cornice, a quarter-round profile with 'groaning', those teardrop-shaped figures. This is a typical feature of the Italian Renaissance, which became popular in Holland and Zeeland in the 17th century.

Three beautifully carved lion heads flank the doors above.
Below are three pilasters, with a woman's head in the center and two men's heads next to her.
All the details are meticulously crafted.
In the center is a hidden drawer spanning the entire width.
