een gesigneerde offsetlithografie van de Belgische kunstenaar, vaak in een oplage van 100 tot 250 stuks. Het toont zijn ontwerp voor een draagbaar "rugzak-vliegtuig" uit 1994, geïnspireerd op het medicijn Pepto-Bismol. De afbeeldingen tonen technische details van het verticale opstijgmechanisme met korte rotors. 
Mechanisme: In tegenstelling tot eerdere "rugzakvliegtuigen" met propellers, werkt de Pepto Bismo volgens het helikopterprincipe. Het toestel heeft 12 korte, houten propellers die verticaal opstijgen mogelijk maken.
Besturing: De piloot bestuurt het toestel volledig door middel van lichaamsbewegingen, waarbij de aandrijving komt van kleine maar krachtige motoren (of in latere versies benzinemotoren om oververhitting te voorkomen).
De Naam: De naam is een bewuste verbastering van het Amerikaanse maagmiddel Pepto-Bismol. Door de laatste 'l' weg te laten, gaf Panamarenko het een "mythisch en bezwerend karakter".

Het SMAK en het KMSKA hebben versies van deze ontwerpen in hun collectie.
In Antwerpen staat op het Sint-Jansplein een permanent bronzen monument van de Pepto Bismo II uit 2003, vlakbij de plek waar de kunstenaar jarenlang woonde.
