Taittinger Brut Réserve is undoubtedly one of the finest non-vintage Champagnes on the market. It blends over 35 vineyards and vintages of the three classic varieties, with a clear predominance of Chardonnay (40-45%), an uncommon trait among non-vintage cuvées.

After a minimum of three years in the cellar, where it matures and gains complexity, Taittinger Brut Réserve transforms into an excellent product, consistent with its quality, a Champagne that, year after year, is gaining more and more followers around the world. The dosing syrup used is quite sweet and contains approximately 30% of the reserve wine. Open a bottle and you'll discover an intense wine, full of ripe fruit (peach), white flowers, vanilla, and hints of toast on the nose, a wine with good body and a certain mineral tension on the palate; a balanced, elegant Champagne with a honeyed finish.
