Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2022 Le Bon Pasteur needs a fair bit of swirling to unlock notes of plum preserves, blueberry compote and dark chocolate, followed by hints of licorice and tar. The full-bodied palate is densely laden with black and blue fruit preserves, supported by velvety tannins and beautifully knit freshness, finishing long and fragrant.
